1. How do I place my order? Order directly on our web store, or you can contact us during business hours (8:00 to 3:00 pm, M-F) We will assist you with any questions.
  2. Can I pick up at your plant? Yes, after you place your order on-line or through our call center at (313) 554-2500. Order by 10:00 am, your order will be ready for pick-up the next day after 11:00 am. Currently, pick-up orders are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. 
  3. How does my order get delivered? Your order will be delivered on our fleet of refrigerated trucks using our employees. Your order will be delivered between 10:00 am and 4pm the next business day, Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
  4. My order is under $100, I cant get this delivered? As we use our refrigerated trucks, we are unable to deliver orders under $100. However, you can call your order in and arrange pick-up the next day. 
  5. What are your delivery Fees? $100.00 to $199.99 is a $25 delivery fee; $200 to $349.99 is $15. FREE DELIVERY for orders over $350.00
  6. I am only getting the Pick-up Option and I want this delivered, what should I do? You are currently out of our coverage area for Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. If you need help with your order, you can email us at info@mqmcs.com or call us during our business hours at (313) 554-2500. 
  7. Can I add on to my order? Yes, you will have to contact our office and they will assist you with the add-on. Delivery cut-off times will still apply.
